Palo Alto Youth Softball (formerly the Palo Alto Girls’ Softball league or the Palo Alto Bobby Sox) has been serving the surrounding community since 1970. The organization is entirely run by hard working volunteers with a passion for providing all youth the opportunity to play softball to the best of their abilities while fostering the spirit of true sportsmanship. We strive to teach resilience, focus on progress, and build camaraderie. 

PAYS is a member of USA Softball – the national governing body for the sport of softball in the United States, overseeing player development, competitions, and setting standards for both recreational and competitive play at all levels.

In August 2024, Palo Alto Youth Softball and Mountain View Los Altos Girls Softball joined forces under a new parent non-profit named Silicon Valley Youth Softball.
